Obviously a skier in his early days, he rides with his toes and rarely makes mistakes. He makes even the most technical powder lines look easy. Watching Ryan ride is truly beautiful, his blend of rhythm and grace etch the snow like a painter’s strokes. He has appeared on the cover of SledHeads magazine several times and is known industry-wide for his style in the powder. It’s the time of year when many snowmobilers put away the sleds and turn their thoughts to summer hobbies, despite some of the deepest snow depths of the year at high elevation and the many spring storms that still offer deep powder. The only reason I can fathom is that these kind souls want to leave the snow untouched for those of us that are still riding. We’re lucky to be invited out by the people of Pinedale, Wyoming to throw a movie premier to raise money for breast cancer. The event is being held by the Pinedale Snow Explorers at the Pinedale Theater, 153 Entertainment Ln.
